Wanisa Phiwsuay

I am a current student at Holmesglen Institute, studying Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. I am looking to obtain casual employment as an educator. In this position, I am looking to apply my skills and abilities where I can grow and develop. My motivation is to provide children good experience of learning as well as safe space. I am an active listener and capable of working as a team as well.

• 2015 - 2019, Member of a volunteer club called English Crazy Club, A university student club running English camps for children in both rural and town areas around the province (Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand). Provided active learning experience and cooperated with teachers in the targeted schools to create learning environments and plan for resources needed.
• January 2019, Assistant to an interpreter for Assembly of The Poor’s Southeast Asia annual conference (Non-government organisation), Interpreted from English to Thai language about agriculture and movement of the right of the poor as well as participated in international and traditional activities.
• November 2018, Volunteer interpreter/liaison for International Handball Federation (Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Sports school, Thailand), Communicated the agendas with government officers, event hosts, and Uzbekistani handball players and coaches. Assisted running the schedule throughout the day.
