• Conducting research and trials to improve crop yields and quality.
• Designing and implementing irrigation systems.
• Collaborating with other agricultural professionals, such as agricultural engineers and agricultural economists.
• Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  Maintaining records and preparing reports.
• Keeping up-to-date with new technologies and trends in agriculture.

• Providing technical assistance to farmers and other agricultural stakeholders. This may include advice on crop production, pest management, soil health, irrigation, and other farming practices.
  
• Troubleshooting technical issues: responsible for troubleshooting technical issues related to agricultural equipment, software, and systems. They may assist farmers with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment and software.
  
• Conducting research: conduct research to identify new technologies and techniques that can improve agricultural productivity, efficiency, and sustainability.
  
• Training farmers: provide training to farmers on how to use new equipment and software, as well as on best practices for crop production, pest management, and other farming practices.
  
• Collecting and analyzing data: collect and analyze data related to agricultural production, crop yields, and soil health. This data can be used to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  
• Collaborating with other stakeholders: collaborate with other stakeholders in the agricultural sector, including government agencies, research institutions, and industry associations, to develop and implement new technologies and practices.
