Summary

I grew up operating dozers, loader and excavators in Africa from a very young age. I am currently a mining professional with extensive experience and knowledge in earthworks machinery and operational requirements. I have effective project, contractor management, planning and scheduling skills. I have a high emotional intelligence and the ability to form strong interdepartmental and contractor relationships. I pride myself on creating and maintaining a good team culture between both A and B crews.
