General Manager Operations

The Bend Motorsport Park

  • Oversee all day to day activities of The Bend Motorsport Park and incorporating Mallala Motorsport Park. Including race meetings, Private Hires, Ride days, Corporate Days, Corporate Functions, Drift Events, Camping, Go Kart Centre, BIG4 Holiday Park, and the new Dragway.
  • Planning and implementation of new business opportunities, including startup operations of the Driver Experience Program and Dragway at the Bend.
  • Manage all facilities maintenance, both preventative and reactive works.
  • Display strong leadership, inspire a shared vision, and model the way forward for the team.
  • Rostering of 80 staff over several precincts.
  • Present budget to the Directors and then to implement and exceed budget.
  • Effectively manage all HR resources including recruitments, training and leadership.
