During my undergraduate studies, I actively participated in various internship programs and accumulated a total of one and a half years of work experience in a software training institution, a water heater company, and Midea, a Fortune Global 500 air-conditioning enterprise. I have excellent practical abilities. Proficient in mechanical structure design software such as CAD, Creo, UG and SolidWorks, as well as Ansys Workbench finite element analysis software, I have a good command of the development process of home appliance products and a solid understanding of mold, material and processing technology. I plan to pursue a career in the home appliance industry in the future.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop BOM (Bill of Materials) by integrating PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and Excel.
2. Assist in the assembly of central air-conditioning outdoor unit prototypes and subsequent performance testing, and help resolve issues arising from structural reviews.
3. Draw simple structural components and send them to external manufacturers for prototype production.
4. Assist engineers in resolving problems such as pipeline breakage and structural component fracture during random vibration tests and inclined impact tests, and participate in the subsequent reassembly and testing of improved prototypes.
Achievements:
1. Participated in Category III project - 24kW Northern Heating Heat Pump Project (involved from trial production and testing to market launch), and participated in the assembly and modification of all prototype samples used in the testing.
2. Participated in Category T project - Dual Comfort for Cooling and Heating (involved from the initial stage of the project to pre-trial production).
3. Participated in Category III project - One-to-Two Multi-split Cooling Unit (involved from trial production and testing to market launch).
Responsibilities:
1. Assisted mechanical structure engineers in the initial prototyping, assembly, performance testing, problem improvement, experimental data collation of gas water heater components such as gas proportional valves, volutes, and fire row burners. Also responsible for outputting test reports and sending samples.
2. Followed up and assisted mechanical structure engineers in solving defective product issues encountered during trial production and mass production.
3. Used CREO and CAD to output 3D and 2D drawings of product sheet metal parts and aluminum alloy main bodies, as well as to create BOM (Bill of Materials).
4. Independently completed simple projects assigned by the supervisor.
Achievements:
1. Completed the 3D drawing of some sheet metal parts for the company's HPV09-L001 product, and finished the prototyping, testing and sample sending work for several types of the company's proportional valves.
During my undergraduate studies, I won the 5th place in the Top 10 Singers Competition at the university level and served as the Deputy Minister of the Instrument Department in the School Music Association. During my master's degree at the University of New South Wales, I played as a drummer in the band "six-avenue" and performed multiple times at the Roundhouse, the largest stage on campus.
