During my internship, I learnt how to be a good sponsor. If I want to work in IPO, it is not enough to get the sponsor qualification, but I also need to learn a lot of accounting, auditing, law and other knowledge. Through the internship, I also learnt that the financial industry is not as glamorous as it looks, but is actually full of hard work and sweat.
The internship also learnt that the financial industry is not as glamorous as it seems. In order to ensure the successful listing of enterprises, practitioners of securities companies not only need to reveal and improve the financial and legal status of target enterprises, but also need to formulate a prospectus to attract investors in the primary market. In addition, the IPO project team also needs to negotiate with accounting firms, law firms, auditors, and the government to ensure that every piece of information of the target company meets the listing requirements of the stock exchange. As an assistant in the IPO department, my main task is to collect and organise the company's shareholding structure and expose the legal issues of the shareholders, which help to ensure the smooth running of the IPO project.

• Supported visual merchandising efforts, creating eye-catching displays that promoted key products.
• Organized company files and created support system to decrease workload and increase productivity.
• Analyzed daily reports on individual sales performance, identifying areas for growth or improvement opportunities in personal selling techniques.
• During my internship, I assisted the department manager to conduct market research in the form of telephone enquiry and on-site questionnaire survey to promote enterprises and college students to handle China Merchants Bank savings card business.
  I also assisted the department manager in market research by means of telephone consultation and on-site questionnaire survey. In addition, I built bridges between the publicity department of China Merchants Bank and advertising companies, and assisted in the production of China Merchants Bank's publicity posters and brochures. Under the guidance of my seniors, I sorted out the business licences and accounting statements of the individual businessmen of the cooperating enterprises, and integrated the non-compliant businessmen and assisted them in improving their legal compliance.
