I was an experienced Centre Manager who has been working in the Shopping Centre industry for 25+ years in WA. I have spent a large amount of that time working for a private landlord under two stints, overseeing two of its assets where I was single handedly responsible for all facets of managing circa 17,000sqm of GLA. In that role I covered All aspects of Accounts and Bookkeeping including AP, AR, Reconciliations, Payroll, BAS to the Accountant, Budgets, Audits, Monthly reporting, Journals, Administration. Along with this I also covered Reception, Facilities Maintenance, Marketing, and Leasing and saw the assets through two developments.
