Due to the progress demonstrated in a short time, was offered the WA State Manager position but declined for family reasons.

Started with this company as Marketing Coordinator (maternity contract), and was employed after successfully managing the turnaround of the NSW branch as a special project within 6 months. Then developed and implemented a national strategic marketing plan that set the direction of the brand and product positioning for the long term.

As part of the Corporate Finance team, role was to develop, plan and implement major service or thought leadership services, including media promotions (achieved well over $1m per annum in PR value). Implemented a EDM to customers which was very innovative for its time. Was successful with developing major tenders and bids for large contracts.
