  • Kronos Optimisation Project - Identify, plan, and implement improvements to streamline, reduce gaps and increase efficiency of the Time & Attendance system and processes:
  • This involved the facilitating of workshops to support the identification and implementation of streamlined processes; identifying capability gaps and strategies to close these gaps; analysing of dashboards and reporting to assist in the identification of insights, process gaps and Continuous Improvement Opportunities; liaising with business stakeholders to identify and address business issues/concern; working with BAU teams to develop and maintain regular health checks
  • Development of procedural documentation and Work Instructions, including process mapping
  • Leave remediation Project – resolve a high volume of leave related issues post implementation of the Ramco Payroll system:
  • This involved the identification of system issues resulting in incorrect employee leave balances, working with vendors to resolve system issues, calculating the correct leave accruals & balances and liaising with employees to provide balances and reassure system confidence; managing, troubleshooting, and resolving leave related incidents
