Due to multiple conversion of contract types in old Country Garden system, resulting in multiple prohibited contract categories and incorrect classification of contracts caused by manual error operations, our team conducted problem analysis, confirmed solution (find common points of contracts, and used multi-field filtering methods), and cooperated with business personnel discussed feasibility, actual operation, and finally reached result of automatic classification of 65% of procedures, which was unanimously approved by leaders.
