As well as being a dedicated Chiropractor, I also;
- Compete as a professional Surf Ironman having competed multiple years in the Nutri-Grain Ironman series. This has required a massive amount of focus and dedication which is largely driven by my passion for developing and improving the potential of the human body.
- Actively engage in Surf Lifesaving activity, including 10 years of Voluntary Patrol, coaching and Nipper activities.
- Enjoy training and racing as an elite athlete, camping, surfing, golf and an overall active lifestyle.
