With a solid 20 years experience in all facets of production, my strengths lie in a multifaceted and out of the box approach to creative problem solving. Thriving in fast paced production and creative environments has contributed to a proven track record of accomplishments.
Having created long term relationships with clients, creative partners and suppliers, I have collaborated with, and able to navigate the delicate balance of relationships through the client/production/ agency process. More recently working on Award winning work for clients such as Google, Paspaley, Lion, eBay, Ilume, Kraft, My Deal, Chubb, Amaysim to name a few. A successful part of leadership and management teams, contributing to the operational side of companies and resourcing across all departments, as well as forecasting and navigating pipelines. My experience in heading up successful production/digital and content departments, with long term staff, has generated and accelerated careers within the production arena, allowing them to grow personally and professionally. Culture within the workplace is essential and I bring empathy, inclusion and empowerment to those I work with. More importantly - humour.
Using my skills for NFPs is essential to my offering, and I utilise my network to hopefully make a small difference in these areas. Having worked with The Starlight Children's Foundation, Bear Cottage, The Smith Family,Underwater Earth and various First Nation projects. I would like to focus more on projects for good and invite those I collaborate with to always be open to these opportunities.
Senior Producer on 2 projects for Google and a fully integrated campaign for Afterpay.
The Google project was a collaboration with the AFL and the Australian Open.
Executive producer on an 8-episode branded television series funded by CommBank.
A lifestyle program shown on TEN Network which provided substantial social content for the bank throughout the year.
Working closely with the CommBank Marketing dept and NETWORK 10, I navigated the delicate balance of an entertaining lifestyle program and product placement.
My responsibilities included working within the constraints of a financial institution, negotiating and managing celebrity talent and negotiations/contracts, working closely with the approval process of the Network, and making real people with real stories feel comfortable.
Senior Producer on National Campaign for Headspace. Working closely with client and Government stakeholders to provide a bespoke campaign for individual markets.
Senior Producer on 2023/24 Paspaley Campaign. Working across all channels and filming in extremely remote parts of Western Australia, I collaborated with First Nation's contacts to access unique areas for a major film/social and stills campaign.
