• Food Service – Providing table service during functions
• Bar Service – Assisting in the bar during rush hours and aiding other staff
• Reception Attendant – Processing new members, taking phone calls, and acting as a liaison between the public and staff, door control.
• Cellar Staff – Accepting & handling deliveries and storing based on requirements set by the Head Chef, responsible for restocking bars and insuring there is sufficient stock for the day, general Maintenance work.
