My role at Sandy Bay Beach Wood fired Pizza was working at the front counter, where I provided exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering phone calls, and assisting with any inquiries. My role required me to handle a high volume of customers efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour. I excel in working in a busy environment and thrive under pressure, ensuring that each customer receives prompt and accurate service even during peak times.

• Maintained sanitation of restaurant by mopping and sweeping floors, washing counters, and disposing of trash.
• Assisted in inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels for efficient pizza production.
• Took phone orders and assisted customers with their orders.

In addition to my front counter work, I played a important role in the kitchen by preparing and rolling out pizza dough. I ensured that each batch met the highest standards. My commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen allowed us to produce consistently delicious pizzas. By efficiently managing my time and coordinating with my team, I helped with efficiently managing the preparation process, ensuring that we could meet customer demand effectively.

My role at Bruny Island Cheese Co primarily involved providing customers with the highest standard of service and imparting a deep knowledge of the products

This was carried out at their busy Cellar Door on Bruny Island but also, I assisted with several major events including The Taste Of Tasmania Festival, Dark Mofo, and Mould.

• Duties: Provided personalized product tastings and recommendations to customers.
• Responded to customer questions regarding products, services and company background.
• Recommended products to customers, thoroughly explaining details, Sales, merchandising and stock control.
• Food preparation and service.
• Handled customer inquiries and suggestions courteously and professionally.

In addition to my role in Customer Service, I have also worked in the Logistics area of Bruny Island Cheese Co where I prepare and pack customer online orders for dispatch.

This role requires a strong degree of diligence and care in order to achieve the high standards expected.
