I am currently seeking a new opportunity in the construction industry, where I can utilise my excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills, in order to assist in managing and co-ordinating the delivery of construction projects.
Employed to manage essential project tasks such as planning, budgeting, resourcing, risk identification and mitigation, as well as reporting. Primary responsibilities include preparing subcontractor packages, defining scopes, creating procurement schedules,
reviewing and negotiating final subcontracts, overseeing the administration of the project HSE system, handling RFIs with clients, architects, and consultants, and coordinating with trades to ensure successful implementation of target programs.
Employed to undertake key project activities, including: planning, budgeting, resourcing, risk, issue identification and mitigation, reporting and communication. Main tasks include, preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules, review and negotiation of final subcontracts, administration of the project HSE system, administration of RFIs to clients, architects, consultants and liaising with trades to ensure target programs are successfully implemented.
