Successfully led airline IOSA Renewal preparation for Thai Lion Air as Director Safety/Security/Quality, to achieve re-registration.

As Deputy Fleet Manager Technical Safety, introduced new performance based TCAS procedures for altitude capturing.

As Deputy Fleet Manager Technical Safety, collaborated with Engineering Services and Boeing, to institute new pilot manual braking procedures on B737NG for operation of carbon brakes.

As Deputy Fleet Manager Technical Services, successfully obtained "No Technical Objection" (NTO) approval from Boeing for procedural removal of takeoff checklist engagement of VNAV to a PIC discretionary item.

Successfully through on the spot unaided initiative with B737NG AOG dilemma for engine technical defect with pressing airport night closure, to transfer to alternative unused aircraft to prevent schedule flight and passenger logistical disruption.
