  • Act as a catalyst for Indigenous Cultural change and improvement in Indigenous Cultural performances/quality and to achieve maximum potential, addressing performance gaps and ensuring compliance to company standards.
  • Develop a strategic plan and implementation and monitoring system that identifies Indigenous Cultural opportunities for continuous improvement into the existing and future goods and services for the CaPTA Group of Companies and Senior Management teams.
  • Develop existing and new concepts ie CaptaV8, to all internal and external customers through appropriate interaction, planning and implementation that sets benchmarks to optimise quality service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement monitoring, reporting, tracking and follow - up procedures for all quality assurance programs and provide management with relevant information updates and information.
  • Liaise with all senior management of the different businesses within CaPTA sites as required, assisting with information , engagement and motivation to ensure smooth delivery and acceptance of quality assurance of Indigenous Culture at all levels and monitoring performance of systems and procedure.
  • Represent and promote The CaPTA Group of Companies commitment to the best practices within the company and to the industry.
