As coxswain of a small commercial dive vessel, I am responsible for all areas of the vessel. Key areas of responsibility include:

• All aspects of vessel handling, including navigation, vessel upkeep, record keeping, and asset maintenance.
• Ensure the highest safety standards are kept.

• Created and revised systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems and forms control.
• Identified areas of improvement in the contracting process and developed solutions accordingly.
• Advised senior management regarding complex contractual issues.
• Liaised with customers, addressed inquiries, handled meeting requests and answer billing questions to provide outstanding customer care.
