As a young working professional determined to create and develop meaningful work, I know that this field is somewhere I would thrive.

I have studied and worked briefly in a digital marketing space for the past 3-4 years and think that it is the pioneering area of marketing today. I am confident I could put these skills to use and get involved with a local, competitive Wellington company.

I have a combined four years of sales experience, having worked and currently working in a highly competitive, commission-based role, which has developed my understanding of many things utilized throughout marketing, including the customer sales journey, viable lead recognition, and effective communication skills.

Additionally, with personal projects and working alongside my current employer's social marketing manager, I have explored and developed skills in social posting and writing, brand coherence, and essential modern digital marketing strategies. I find it natural and easy to get along with people, as my customers consistently return or acknowledge the service I provided in both my current and past roles. I also have experience working with a range of marketing clients in B2C and NPO markets during my studies at the University of Otago.

I truly believe my passion and creativity in marketing will set me apart for this role, and I am hoping you will give me the opportunity to prove this.

  • I am currently preparing for a bodybuilding competition later this year in September which has been a life goal of mine and I aspire to coach and compete competitively. Alongside my passion for fitness, I have also developed a hobby for vlogging and social media skills as I run a fitness account on Instagram to showcase progress and am beginning to develop online vlogging skills of my workouts which I hope to develop into applicable marketing skills through my creative marketing communications paper.
