Brazilian jiu jitsu
I have been training Brazilian jiu jitsu for 7 years, over the years this martial art has taught me a lot and i wouldn't know where id be without the stability in my life.
The first is that it is a good blend of physical and mental stimulation that creates a reason to work on my health in both those realms. This looks like doing other challenging work outs, and pushing myself to improve my endurance and to practice a no-quit mentality during those exercises.
