My wife and I ran a property maintenance business in the Hunter Valley NSW looking after up to 25 accomadation houses at one time all 4 to 5 star properties.

The duties carried out included Lawn and Garden Maintenance, mowing, whippersnipping, hedging, weed spraying, general upkeep of properties. Most properties were 10 acres or more in size.

I also carried out all maintenance on the properties from plumbing issues to small building jobs such as decks, paving and painting works etc.

There was also pre and post stay cleans, Air Conditioning Maintenance, pool maintenance, tree and rubbish and generally anything else that was required.

Was also the on call person for all the houses most weekends and also during the week.

Coordination of all Mechanical Service Control's and Electrical installations from the quoting phase right through to handover and training to the client.

All jobs were within the commercial business sector in Sydney.

I was also the account Manager for some of the companies larger service and Maintenance clients namely the Royal Agricultural Showground at Homebush and the Australian Technology Park at Redfern.

Supervisor of large Air Conditioning installations in both Domestic and commercial environments throughout the Sydney region as well as Maintenance and service support.

Completed my apprenticeship in the Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Trade.
