Walking, Painting,
Ran for 12 years consistently at 5.30 am- 3 x times a week, Rain, hail or shine with a trusted friend and Nephrologist Dr Jon Snider.
Now walking with him these days.
Run life drawing classes with mainly older professional people every Saturday morning. I have consistent;y Medical people, psychologist and legal people attending my class for my semi tutored classes at the Hawthorn Town Hall.
Draw in my spare time apart from that.
