  • Service vehicles as per service schedule
  • Repair or service brakes and machine rotors
  • Have repaired / replaced countless cx5 diesel engine and have done about 5 UP UR BT50 engines and multiple engines on versus others cars
  • Have replaced turbochargers on CX5 Turbo diesel,UP-UR BT50s,Mazda 3 mps and Mazda cx7s and a couple other vehicles
  • Replaced many HP Fuel pumps on most Mazda vehicles
  • Anything you can think of on a BT50 up I've most likely done it
  • Replaced countless timing chains on up ur bt50s, Mazda cx7 Mazda 3 mps, Mazda 6 diesel, Mazda CX9 TB v6, CX9 TC 4 cylinder turbo petrol
  • Replaced 2-3 cylinder heads on TC CX9 turbo 4 cylinder due to cracked head leaking coolant into exhaust manifold as it built into the head
  • Replaced multiple dash harnesses, engine harnesses front main harness
  • Removed countless dashes to repaired / replace evaporator and HVAC units
  • Can do valve clearances on a new 4jj3 bt50
  • Replaced front and rear diffs on TF bt50 4jj3 due front diff exploding and rear diff locker causing warning lights
  • Have Run workshop as workshop controller on many occasions

  • Can diagnose basic electrical issues if provided with access to wiring diagrams or schematics may need a little push in the right direction if stuck
  • Can diagnose and repair AC systems, leaks, issues with blend door hvac actuators done plenty on BT50s done heaps of condenser, evaporators, ac hoses, high and low pressure valves, AC compressor, have no AC license
  • Can do Compression tests petrol and diesel, injector leak back test
  • Can test coolant systems for leaks with pressure tester and tk head check for exhaust gases in coolant for blown headgasket or leaking egr cooler
  • Up to 12 sick days in almost 9 years and that's because of getting Covid and maybe couple other things only reason I wont come to work is because you told me not to come or if I cant get out of bed don't pull dodgy sickies don't wanna let down the team Very rarely late mostly due to traffic
