• Examines drawings and specifications.
• Select types and sizes of pipes, related materials and tools according to job specifications and particular piping installation.
• Responsible for cutting and preparing pipe for threading or for welding and installing pipe.
• Analyze and interpret drawing and symbols in the process line.
• Lay-out and fabricate fit-up and install, position, align and fit together pipefitting flanges or structural iron preparatory to welding and install the finish job system.
• Bends pipe manually or with use of pipe bending machine.
• Assembles and installs varieties of metal pipes and fittings.
• Secures pipes to structures by using clamps, brackets, hangers and supports.
• Performs simple tack welding to join pipes and full welding to brackets, support, handrail of platform.
• Assigned in pipeline as a spacer, familiar to use inside clamp up to 36" pipe diameter Assist to welder to set up STT and Orbital Machine. Work in 400 km Pipeline Gas on the desert.
• Maintains cleanliness in working area to prevent from unsafe condition.
• Performed other duties that may assign by the supervisor or the leading hand.
