With over 20 years of personal practice, I am passionate about sharing the transformative benefits of yoga with others. Recently, I completed my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and I'm excited to help students connect more deeply to their bodies.
My approach is rooted in inclusivity, ensuring that my classes cater to all body types, abilities and injuries. I am trained in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga, and I love the unique qualities each of these practices brings to support well being and improve quality of life.
Breath is at the core of my practice, and I am deeply passionate about guiding students to explore its profound impact on physical, mental, and emotional health. I encourage students to listen to their bodies and be mindful of the energetic subtleties within. I believe yoga extends beyond the mat, creating a more centered and harmonious existence.
