Patient Management
• Provided specialised nursing care for critically ill neonates in a Level 6 NICU, the highest level of neonatal intensive care.
• Managed 2-4 critically ill neonates with a minimum gestational age of 24 weeks and a birth weight of 500g.

• Applied clinical nursing skills based on neonates' clinical status: respiratory support, IV therapy, medication administration, pain management, and neonatal resuscitation.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
• Collaborated with doctors and the healthcare team to develop treatment plans and monitor neonates' progress.
• Assisted in diagnostic tests (X-ray, MRI), surfactant administration, and pre- and post-operative care.
Pre- and Post-Operative Care
• Provided care for neonates undergoing surgery (e.g., colostomy, bowel resections, TEF repair).
