Seeking a laboratory position to gain hands-on experience outside of an educational context. Eager to leverage my academic background in biotechnology as I embark on my first professional lab role. Motivated to excel and grow within the industry, given the opportunity.

· Biology Laboratories:

· Bacterial identification and antibiotic susceptibility testing.

· Sterilization methods including autoclaving, UV exposure, and chemical techniques.

· Bacterial culturing, cell passaging, and hemocytometer usage.

· Worked with UV-Vis spectroscopy, enzyme activity assays, and gel electrophoresis.

· Introduction to quantitative PCR and Delta Ct measurements.

· Chemistry Laboratories:

· Compound identification using NMR, IR, and Mass spectroscopy.

· Earth Sciences Fieldwork:

· Participated in ecological surveys across intertidal zones, grasslands, and woodlands, assisting in fauna and flora characterization.
