• Role involves starting from Design, construction through T&C and Handover phases.
• Review and follow up for all ELV drawings, schematics, system architecture, Method statement, design report and Material submittals prior submission to the consultant.
• Preparing TQ for the design clarification. Working for RFI, ICD, design drawing comment response and FCN approval.
• Follow up for the drawing submission approval.
• Monitoring and follow up for the installation, Testing & Commissioning and handing over of all ELV systems.
• Attending authority inspection (QCDD, MOI Inspections) as per projects schedule.
• Worked for the project close out activities for final finishing and handing over (snagging, O&M Manual, Training manual, spare parts, asset data base, warranty certificate, system inspection approval copy, final design and documents handover).
• Attending Project Management progress meeting and working on action plan to ensure the completion of project in time.
• Identifying delays & constraints (risk & issue) reporting/highlighting to Project Manager.
• Co-ordination with Consultant/Client/Contractor/End user to get approval for project work on regular basis or as required.
• Ensuring MEP material and installations are in accordance with the certified /approved drawings and specifications.
• Co-ordination with other MEP service in project team.
• Attending meeting with suppliers, subcontractors and consultant.
• Preparing requisition order, follow up for the quotation & ensuring materials delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and deliverables.

• Ensuring IRNs and installation approval are provided by construction team prior to start commissioning.
• Preparing equipment list, summary logs and tracker sheet prior testing & commissioning.
• Planning and finalizing the quantity of the individual system test pack and submitting the same for management review.
• Preparation of T&C method statement, check list, ITP and follow up with consultant for their approval and comment closure.
• Preparing the Testing & commissioning inspection report and submitting it to the consultant to get the T&C test pack approval.
• Identify and observe the design / Engineering issues prior to commissioning.
• Responsible for system commissioning and complete functionality testing approval. (PSAT, SAT, SIT, Performance test)
• Monitoring sub-contractors works for Testing & Commissioning of the ELV system and progress of work as per the program plan.
• Testing and commissioning of BMS/BACS control system - Verifying I/O Point, Control Sequence of operation, safety interlocks alarms and events with SCADA workstation graphics for individual MEP system. HVAC System - FAHU, RAHU, Heat recovery unit, FCU, VRF, CRAC, VAVs. Chilled water system - Pressurization unit, Heat Exchanger, primary pump, secondary pump, cooling tower, condenser, make up water pump, ETS System for AC Performance Plumbing system - Pumps, tanks, valves, Domestic water pump, Firefighting system- Firefighting Pumps, jockey pump, Pre-action,FM200-Clean agent system, foam system. Metering System (BTU, Energy Meter), Electrical panels (MCC, MDB, starter control panel), UPS, Generators, Lighting control BACS - SCADA Interface test. (For emergency mode, mimic zone, group alarm, Control transfer, PRTU Redundancy) Testing and commissioning of ELV System - Fire alarm system, Security system (CCTV, Biometric, Access control system, Intercom), Video image fire detection, VESDA, Fuel oil system, Parking guidance system, Broadcast system, video and ribbon score board, ICT building network
