I started working as a Laundry and Housekeeping Attendant for the first year of employment. I them progressed to BreakFree On Cashel's Front of house department assisting with conferences and the restaurant. I now have my Managers Certificate and Liquor License and work as a Duty Manager at Reception.

• Supervised cash handling procedures, ensuring that all transactions were processed accurately.
• Investigated customer complaints in a timely manner, resolving issues efficiently.

At Hanmer Springs retreat i would work in the Housekeeping team during the day and then in the evenings work at Five Stags Restaurant. I learnt many skills from this employment including Wedding set ups, running conferences, taking big party bookings and widening my knowledge of the hospitality industry.

• Ensured all guest rooms were clean, comfortable and stocked with necessary amenities.
