In this position, I serve customers their meals and make sure any adjustments for dietary requirements are met.

I also ensure the bistro is set up appropriately for any functions.

During my time in this role, I learnt and heavily developed my customer service and teamwork skills due to constant communication in a close proximity environment

It was crucial to anticipate the coming of a rush by tracking the game times

• Maintain good communication to keep service up to standard.
• Work safely around harmful equipment in the kitchen.

I was part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of NBL1 game nights. I assisted in all aspects including scanning of tickets on entry, guiding people to their seats, set up and pack up of the stadium. I also assisted on other events hosted at Selkirk Stadium such as the Suncorp Super Netball games, NBL games and Oceania Pro Wrestling
