My name is Cubic and I would like to apply for the Commis Chef position. I am currently a cookery student and finished my Certificate III, working in the Italian restaurant called La Sosta, which is located in Freo. In addition, I have over three years of working experience in Australia, such as handling the breakfast menu by myself and doing larder, getting involved in lunch and dinner service as well, for instance, cooking steaks and seafood in the grill section, Plus, I am a passionate person about to cook and keen to learn more skills and knowledge within the culinary world.
My availability is throughout the week except Wednesday and Thursday but it is discussible.I am available for trial, looking forward to visiting the kitchen and the great team!
