• Manage NBN/ eJV/ Late Join Site including site folder preparation, material checking, consumable ordering, third party hire, client negotiate, sites progress monitor, HOP delivery & Variation submission under PM supervision.
• Manage WA Fibre Migration Project, including building quotes, ordering materials, organizing site access, submitting HOP & sending Invoice.
•Engage Tier1 PE directly regarding various site issues, and report To PM on a weekly basis.

• Preparation and maintenance or site-specific installation instructions, guidelines, documentation (Site Folder or Hand Over Packs) for RAN roll outs including BTS configurations and different site types.
• Carry out site surveys to identify site installation standards, site types, challenges in installation, hazards, etc.
• Checking and approving Site Documentation (HOP) produced by the Subcontractors.
• Coordinate with third party ( EWP/Crane/sub-contractors) to make sure site is delivered within budget and provide supervision.
•Receive and compare materials with packing list, organize Warehouse based on recovered materials, new materials, steelwork, Sector Assembly and consumables.

• Lead QA process of NBN projects for both AU based & offshore teams.
• Engage with clients to determine targets & concerns.
• Onboarding employees and sub-contractors for different projects with all relevant documents, uploading all the documents of sub-contractors to onboarding software for smooth and timely project delivery.
• Provide technical training for new employees.
• Maintain Strong professional relationships with internal and external (client, delivery partner, last mile customer) stakeholders to achieve business objectives and success

• Provide NBN End to End field service design of FTTN, FTTP, FTTC&HFC technologies on NBN Database SpatialNet using AutoCAD for SD1, SD2 & BDOD Projects.
• Preparing day-to-day activities report for different clients, uploading all the documents and artefacts to specific client portals after checking/ reviewing and after completion of Jobs, approaching to claim through different software.
• Ensuring WHS process in every area of projects.
