During the placement working in the hospitality industry (event office, housekeeping, F&B) not only a deep understanding from the F&B and kitchen operation was built, but also the great and smooth attitude for guests service was formed. Also, previous experience working in a 5-star hotel and experience in events management can be my advantage for applying the role when interacting with different people. Although working in a different role could be more challenging, communication and providing high-standard service are some of the common key skills that can be applied on many other jobs. Not only satisfying guests’ demand, but also try hard to go beyond their expectations is always my standard. As a fast learner, a can-do and willing to learn attitude is always my advantage in any of my working experience.
