More than the responsibility of a Graduate of Architecture, project management skill has been further developed during this experience. 3 large multi-dwelling & mix-used projects, from a 23-storey apartment to a 46-dwelling neighborhood, with more than 10 consulting/engineer company involved have been proceed to construction under my coordination and design iteration.

• Analyzed data from surveys, maps and aerial photographs to create scaled drawings.
• Generate Concept Design with the described site and function and following iteration.
• Drafted detailed drawings of structures, specifying dimensions and materials needed and incorporating details into BIM modeling projects
• Managing the progress of multiple projects and report to director and clients regularly.
• Worked closely with local authorities regarding safety standards compliance when designing public buildings.
• Collaborated with engineers, surveyors and contractors on various aspects of construction projects, including Development Application, Complying Development Certificate, Construction Certificate & Construction Documentation.
• Prioritized and organized tasks to efficiently accomplish service goals.
• Worked successfully with diverse group of coworkers to accomplish goals and address issues related to our products and services.

In a small size company focusing on low-density dwellings design & development, all relevant skills have been deeply developed to take in charge of multiple projects simultaneously & independently. Furthermore, as a proud experience, I have assisted the company to expand from 4 members to 9 by cultivating new crew, including software aspect and NCC aspects.

This Inter-semester experience last for 6 weeks as an Internship. In an engineer company, detailed construction and cost-saving solutions laid a solid foundation for future experiences.
