
I graduated from Dalian University of Technology, a well-known university in China, with excellent grades in my undergraduate studies (90 in my thesis, 93 in engineering mechanics, and 92 in my internship). Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Architecture, Design, and Planning (ADP) at the University of Sydney. In my academic career, I have been proactive and have completed research and design reports as the first or second author, such as "The Influence and Research of Different Operation Modes of Air Conditioning in Cars on the Control of Carbon Dioxide and Temperature and Humidity in Cars", "Heating and Air Conditioning Design of an Office Building in a Certain Military Unit in Tianjin", "Design of a Gas Hot Water Boiler Room in Taiyuan City", etc. This proves my professional ability and high enthusiasm for this industry. I am proactive, optimistic and cheerful, with excellent communication and learning abilities. Simultaneously possessing strong resilience, able to challenge oneself and complete work with quality and quantity guaranteed.
From theoretical learning to practical visits, I have gained a systematic understanding of real estate fundamentals, architectural design, and green building evaluation.
