1. Rossman Sales Prediction using Machine learning

  • Pre-processing data using EDA to visualize and investigate data sets and summarize the main characteristics.
  • Processing data using PCA reduces the dimensionality of datasets, increasing interpretability.
  • Using different ML Models (Linear Regression and XGBoost) to train models for predicting.
  • Tuning hyperparameter for the best prediction results.

2. Statistical Report

Predictive Analysis of House Price using Multiple Linear Regression

  • Used R to find descriptive statistics and correlation charts for finding insights from data.
  • Used R and Excel to create visualizations for data.
  • Used Machine Learning to train model and tested the accuracy of the model.

3. Data Integration and Warehousing

  • Using SQL in Microsoft SQL to extract the data from an operational database, transformed data in the staging area, and then loaded data into a Data Warehouse system.
  • Building a large system of the fact table and dimension tables, then creating pivot tables and operation system.
  • Applying a variety of analytics tools for getting insights from data.
