- My commaned Gearbulk vessels are chartered by Rio Tinto, load/discharge steel product/pulp at Australia and Asia. Therefore, ship pay attention to Rightship Inspection and carried out inspection annually, I also got knowledge about RS, saw how professional working of Inspector during inspections., understand the importance of RS to shipping industry. This is one of reasons I apply RS job.

- I took second hand ship for UAE ship owner Tomini. The ship was docked about two and half months. At this period, my team identified issues, analyzed information and provided solutions to problems. During work with DNV class surveyor for class survey,check hull/equipment condition with shipyard engineer and inspect service result with service technician, I got further understanding of shipping mandatory requirements, international legislation and industry practices.

- During my sailing time, ISM and ISPS developed more effective,;MLC built up;Environment Management mentioned in front line and USA ECP implemented on board. All above made me have proper and deep understand with ISM Code,EMS,Quality management, ERS, STCW, MLC etc, completed paperwork, recognize discrepancies and promptly addressing for solution, used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solution and make decisions;
- I worked on board different type of ship, such as bulk carrier, general cargo ship, log carrier, etc; I learned and adapted quickly to new technology, familiar with different ship's construction,structure ,machinery, cargo operation include container loading, structural, manning and certification etc;
