During my placement, I actively engaged in various aspects of early childhood education for children aged 3-5 and demonstrated proficiency in key responsibilities:

• Curriculum Planning and Implementation: Utilized the EYLF/VEYLDF framework to assess children’s needs, conducted observations of a focus child, discussed findings with the Supervising Teacher/Mentor, and contributed to planning the next steps in the child’s learning journey.
• Child Interaction and Engagement: Facilitated age-appropriate learning experiences, provided choices within the curriculum, engaged in healthy eating discussions with children, and supported individual and small group activities.
• Collaboration and Initiative: Established and maintained professional relationships with children and staff, assisted in daily routines, and completed both opening and closing shifts to gain a comprehensive understanding of service operations.

• Collaborated with team members to complete audits within established deadlines, maintaining a consistent level of professionalism throughout the process.
• Assisted in the preparation of high-quality audit workpapers, maintaining attention to detail and organization throughout each engagement.
• Maintained open lines of communication with both clients and team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and resolution of any concerns that arose during audits.
