1. Responsible for checking and testing TV sets. Mainly through on-site inspection to determine the fault.
Then test the TV hardware equipment, and repair and replace parts to restore the TV to normal work and
solve the fault.
2. Responsible for using measuring tools such as instruments and meters to detect the source of TV faults.
3. Responsible for independently completing the maintenance of circuit boards (TV power boards or main
boards). Repair methods such as soldering and replacing electronic components are required to restore
the damaged circuit board to normal operation.
4. Responsible for ensuring that all kinds of circuit boards and parts can operate after completing the
inspection, maintenance and debugging of the main board, power board, remote control, T-CON,
backlight strip, IR board and other parts. And send the correct accessories to the service provider or
customer.
5. Provide customers with after-sales technical support, and provide customers with usage guidelines and
methods.
6. Responsible for training new employees and providing technical support for new employees.

1. Responsible for the inspection and restoration of the electronic equipment and navigation and positioning system on the ship.
2. Responsible for using instruments and other hardware combined with SCM programming and plc programming and other
methods to independently repair and debug electronic parts that have defects.
3. Responsible for independently repairing the circuit board.
4. Responsible for testing, maintenance, commissioning, installation of electronic sensor parts.
5. Responsible for checking electrical drawings of the entire ship's navigation system and navigation equipment on board.
6. Responsible for designing the upper computer detection software, checking whether the data output of the navigation sensor is
correct through software.
7. Training crew members how to use electronic equipment correctly.

1. Checking and testing machines and equipment: Checking and testing ship electrical equipment comprehensively, including

electrical systems, control panels, sensors and various electrical components. Ensuring that equipment is in good working order

and can be operated normally.

2. Diagnosing fault: Diagnosing fault of the faulty equipment through professional equipment. Analyzing the cause of the failure,

determining the problem, and taking the corresponding reclamation measures.

3. Adjusting, repairing and replacing parts and wiring: Carrying out the adjustment, repair and replacement of equipment on board,

according to the diagnosis result. Repairing circuit boards and wiring that have defects, the SCM system and program to ensure

the normal operation and performance recovery of the device.

● Reassembling, testing operation and adjusting equipment before manufacturing: Reassembling equipment as needed to ensure

all parts are properly installed and connected. Carrying out comprehensive test operation to verify that the performance and

functions of the device meet the requirements. Carrying out necessary data adjustments and optimizations, according to the test

results to ensure the normal operation and good working effect of equipment.

4. Maintenance of machinery and equipment door-to-door: Conducting regular maintenance and inspection, including alignment

and checking all kinds of functions of equipment. Ensure the long-term stable operation of equipment and find potential problems

in advance to prevent failures.

5. Recording and reporting: Recording the operational procedures, the tools and materials used and the repair results accurately

during the repair process. Reporting the maintenance status to superiors in time and providing maintenance reports and

suggestions to support management decisions and equipment maintenance plans.
