• Assisting in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, and other legal correspondence.
• Billing and invoicing tasks, managing company’s Trust bank account, daily bank receipting, account reconciliations, tracking time entries and expenses accurately.
• Communicating with Court and state Registrars office, clients and lawyers regarding ongoing cases and providing assistance to Principal Solicitor with preparing Court documents.
