- Workshop Assistance and Group Facilitation: Assisted in Learning Skills workshops and promotional activities, and facilitated small group discussions, demonstrating an ability to lead and educate in varied settings.
- Professional Conduct and Online Mentoring: Maintained professionalism through punctuality and reliable communication, including responding to all emails. Mentored students online and in-person in Semester 1, 2022, adeptly adapting to virtual platforms like Zoom.
- Training and Orientation Leadership: Completed two training sessions in mentoring and communication skills; actively participated in Orientation activities and the FYLife homegroup program, providing subject-based mentoring for 1-2 hours weekly and serving as a referral point to other services, showcasing leadership and guidance abilities.
