The Bhutan Baccalaureate represents a pioneering approach to education, initiated by His Majesty the King of Bhutan, aimed at fostering holistic development in students. This innovative education system is designed to go beyond traditional academic learning, emphasizing on five areas of development such as emotional, social, spiritual, physical and cerebal.

Training at the Royal Academy, Pangbisa, Paro: During a comprehensive two-week training at the prestigious Royal Academy in Pangbisa, Paro, I gained invaluable insights and practical skills in implementing the Bhutan Baccalaureate framework. The training covered a wide range of topics, including emotional intelligence, student-centered learning, and holistic assessment methods

Role as Emotional Coordinator: Upon completing the training, I assumed the role of Emotional Coordinator at Kuzhugchen Middle Secondary, one of the pilot schools for the Bhutan Baccalaureate. In this capacity, my responsibilities include:
