• Presenting and introducing new seasonal launches and product knowledge in morning meetings; and regular one on one short coach(styling) sessions

As a sales associate

• Drive and achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, client outreaches, consistently being the top 3 sales advisor.
• Engage with clients and build long term relationships using various clienteling tools(CRM).
• Support the back of house team with cycle count and stock take processes as required from time to time.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors' products and offers.
• Meet with existing clients and prospects through personal calling efforts and other contacts to discuss business needs.
• Assist in planning portfolio growth through development of business plans in alignment with area budget and consistent with overall objectives.
• Work with borrowing clients to procure updated financial information on ongoing basis.
