- I started with Brandix as a counsellor and was promoted as the senior executive counsellor in 2023 November.
- Provide counselling support to staff and associates at the factory.
- Maintain up-to-date counselling and training records,reports and present the findings to internal stakeholders, as needed.
- Collaborate with relevant factory teams to increase awareness of mental wellness and improve working environment in the factory.
- Conduct daily rounds and One-on-one sessions to identify the supporting needs of staff & associates.
- Mange & accommodate critical incidents 24x7.
- Conduct Mental Status Examinations to identify mental health status changes, self-harm risks and Domestic violence issues..
- Set therapeutic goals for the associates and staff and monitor their progress.
- Support staff who is facing occupational aggression and violence and advocate staff to mandatory reporting
- Implement crisis interventions to support staff who have experienced sexual assault or family violence
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, agencies and the family members where required to enhance wellbeing and safety of the staff.
- Lead mental wellness awareness campaigns at the factory.
- Refer employees to external agencies and services such has hospitals, police, WIN, legal aid
