I am currently doing my placement at Calvary Haydon Aged Care and Retirement Living, where I enhanced team efficiency by supporting daily operations and tackling high-priority tasks. My quick learning ability and outstanding communication skills facilitated significant improvements in report writing and organizational processes, showcasing my commitment to results and team collaboration.

My placement is finishing on 6th of September 2024 but working here for three weeks, I felt a different connection with residents and staff members. I would love to work more with these amazing people and take care of such loving residents in future.
