As a Sales Representative, my responsibilities included answering phone calls and assisting customers with automotive products. I also organised and stocked shelves, ensured accurate inventory counts, and verified that the correct shipments were received. Additionally, I assembled mechanical items that arrived in disassembled form.

In my role as an Off-Sider, I was responsible for the logistical relocation of furniture, which involved loading and unloading the truck. Deliveries were primarily made to schools, requiring travel across the entire state of New South Wales.

During the later stages of my apprenticeship, I handled larger projects, including suspension work, gearboxes, and brake systems. In addition to these technical tasks, I answered phone calls, scheduled appointments, and ensured that the workplace remained tidy and safe for all operations.

As an Apprentice Mechanic, I participated in servicing vehicles, including tire and brake fittings and replacements. My responsibilities also included answering phone calls and maintaining cleanliness in the workshop.

In my role as a Trade Assistant, I handled a variety of responsibilities, including repairing and servicing machinery, organising tools, and assisting with customer service and phone inquiries. I utilised hand power tools while ensuring their maintenance and cleanliness, along with performing general cleaning tasks within the workshop.

During my time with the Army Cadets, I engaged in comprehensive training that focused on survival skills, command drills, and military discipline. This experience provided me with valuable teamwork and leadership skills as I participated in various exercises and activities designed to simulate real-world scenarios. I learned essential life skills, such as effective communication, problem-solving, and resilience, all while fostering a strong sense of discipline and respect for others in a structured camp environment. This program not only enhanced my physical capabilities but also instilled a sense of responsibility and commitment to my peers.
