While planning an exhibition at the Grainger Museum in Melbourne, I was mainly responsible for the planning, promotion and marketing of the exhibition. I participated in formulating the theme and promotion strategy of the exhibition, designed promotional materials, and attracted audience attention through social media and online and offline channels. In order to ensure the publicity effect of the exhibition, I also conducted audience analysis and optimized the promotion content for different groups. This experience gave me practical training in the planning and marketing of cultural and art exhibitions, and also enhanced my ability in project management, creative planning and audience interaction.

During the four months of internship in the media production department of Quyang County Radio and Television Station, I mainly participated in the planning and production process of various programs and accumulated rich practical experience. During the internship, I assisted in the process of program shooting, editing and post-production, learned how to effectively use video editing software for editing, and improved my communication and coordination skills in teamwork. In addition, I also participated in the audio processing of some radio programs and learned how to adjust the sound effects to improve the overall quality of the program.

During my internship at Homie Real Estate Agency, I was mainly responsible for sales work, including receiving customers, introducing properties, conducting market analysis, and following up on customer needs. This experience allowed me to accumulate sales skills in the real estate industry and learn how to build a trusting relationship with customers to increase sales conversion rates. Through the internship, I improved my communication skills and enhanced my sales capabilities.

During my three-month internship at the Party Building Department of the State Grid Corporation of Quyang County, I was mainly responsible for assisting the department in completing the publicity and promotion of party building activities. By writing press releases, designing publicity materials and maintaining the department's official media platform, I have accumulated rich experience in media communication and content management. At the same time, I also participated in the planning and organization of various party building activities and became familiar with the importance of activity processes and teamwork. This experience helped me develop good communication skills and writing skills, laying a solid foundation for me to more effectively disseminate content and interact with the public in my media operations position.
