I used to work as a Senior Chef De Partie since I started to learn cooking in Sydney from 2016 to 2019.
I used to develop new recipes and lead the teams in different sections to create the best foods for customers every day in the kitchen.
This experience made me choose to study food science as I wanted to feel it was entertaining to learn and understand about cooking and the processing of cooking in scientific ways. I felt entertained by developing food products or menus that are processed by chemical combinations between molecules which I love to learn about more practically in the food industry.
