Summary

While working in property management, communication skills were widely utilized and further developed from previous standards. My ability to assess risks and avoid them, as well as resolve the resulting conflicts, helps me to be quickly identified as a team leader while I was working at Yinyi. Nearly every task in life and work needs to be planned and timed in order to achieve maximum efficiency in any workplace, which I am quite confident about. I am highly motivated and able to get along with others well, and the basis of teamwork is the willingness to work as a team.

I also prefer the hands-on approach rather than sitting down and monitoring, which brings the thrill of involvement and a satisfactory sense of achievement when I see people smile.

Trading card games have always been one of my biggest hobbies since 2010. I have amassed a great amount of knowledge and am happy to put it to use, and would treasure an opportunity to work with people who are enthusiasts. Additionally, learning different board game rules and quickly delivering them to customers was a crucial part of my job at Yinyi. I am very familiar with them and have a good understanding of the subject.
