Job Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and conduct phone interviews to arrange for suitable candidates to visit the company for interviews.
- Responsible for candidate reception/interview, introducing the company situation.
- Follow up on communication and interview situations with candidates, selecting individuals who meet the company's needs for further follow-up.
- Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders. Coordinate employees to actively participate in activities to promote positive relationships among colleagues and improve the working atmosphere.
